• Representation of various Lumileds entities on European patent portfolio strategy and patent enforcement, including strategic structuring and reallocation of patent ownership within the group and the bringing of patent infringement actions before the Unified Patent Court against multiple Xiaomi entities in the field of LED technologies.

• Representation of a German technology developer in the (re)performance and dispute of a contract for the development of a laboratory information system with the contractual partner.
• Representation of several clients in proceedings relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Germany.
• Ongoing advice to a client in connection with multiple commercial litigations arising from the acquisition of a pellet plant, including preliminary injunction proceedings, warranty claims, and other contract-related disputes.

• Assisted in advising a leading international luxury hotel group in connection with a significant data breach incident, including the coordination of breach notification obligations vis-à-vis data protection authorities across multiple jurisdictions and the preparation of related documentation.

IP Licensing

• Advised an international client on obtaining patent licenses for safety systems used in emergency vehicles, including the negotiation of rights covering multiple jurisdictions.
