Mayer Brown continues expansion of market-leading real estate and hospitality platform with addition of Ryan Sawyer in DC, building on recent growth

WASHINGTON DC – Mayer Brown announced today that Ryan Sawyer has joined the firm in Washington DC as a partner in its Real Estate practice. Ryan joins from Goodwin Procter LLP.

Ryan advises on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including joint venture formation, financings, preferred equity investments, development, restructurings, and asset-level and entity-level acquisitions and dispositions. He has experience working with many of the largest institutional real estate investors, including life insurance companies, real estate funds, real estate developers, and REITs.
