Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel in the structuring of the fifth issuance of debentures by Simpar totaling R$ 750 million, coordinated by UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. and Caixa Econômica Federal. The Issuance was carried out by means of public offering, under the terms of CVM Rule No. 476.
