Tauil & Chequer Advogados (T&C), in association with Mayer Brown, and Mayer Brown acted as Brazilian and U.S. counsel, respectively, to Itaú BBA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, UBS BB, Safra and XP Investimentos, as the placement agents, in connection with a follow-on offering of shares issued by Petrorecôncavo S.A., with restricted placement efforts, in Brazil totaling nearly US$200 million.
