Mayer Brown advises on sale of Curlsmith haircare brand to Helen of Troy

London — Mayer Brown has advised Recipe Products Limited, trading as Curlsmith, on its acquisition by US-based Helen of Troy Limited for US$150 million.
Curlsmith products are a category leader in the rapidly growing market for prestige haircare products for all types of curly and wavy hair. The acquisition will complement and enhance Helen of Troy’s beauty platform.
