Paris – Mayer Brown is advising Altice France which has entered into exclusive negotiations with the Spanish group Cellnex Telecom, Europe’s leading wireless telecommunications infrastructure operator, for the sale to the latter of its 50.01% majority stake in Hivory, France’s leading mobile telephony infrastructure operator with more than 10,000 sites.
This transaction values Hivory at €5.2 billion.
