Mayer Brown advised Nestlé SA on the sale of its North American bottled water business to private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners LLC. The brands to be sold, which include Pure Life, Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ozarka, Ice Mountain, Zephyrhills and Arrowhead, are valued at more than $4 billion.
