The Judiciary and Climate Change: Contributions of the Brazilian Supreme Court and Justice Cármen Lúcia to Climate Litigation in Brazil

Partner Luiz Gustavo Bezerra and counsel Gedham Gomes contributed to the book "Environmental Law in the Brazilian Supreme Court: studies in honor of Minister Cármen Lúcia", with the article "Judiciary and Climate Change: Contributions of the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) and Minister Cármen Lúcia to Climate Litigation in Brazil". In the article, they addressed and commented on the recent and relevant precedents judged by the STF during what became known as the "Green Package", highlighting how the Supreme Court's decisions contribute to the advancement of climate litigation in Brazil.
