After an overview of the developments of the year: views of both the investigators and the investigated with Stanislas Martin from the French Competition Authority and Nathalie Jalabert-Doury, a first panel, moderated by Professor Emeritus of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas Laurence Idot, focused on new investigation techniques and the revision of Regulation 1/2003 with Aymeric de Moncuit, Partner at Mayer Brown Brussels, Irène Luc of the French Competition Authority, Sophia Stephanou of DG COMP.
A second panel discussion on legal privilege during inspections brought together Philippe Coen of the AFJE, Florence de Bakker of Bayer, Gabriel Lluch of Orange and Fabienne Siredey-Garnier of the French Competition Authority, moderated by Nathalie Jalabert-Doury.
