Marcela Viviana Ruiz Martinez is a law clerk in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice.

Viviana received her LLM from Harvard Law School and LLB from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, with an Honorary Mention. She is an Intellectual and Industrial Property Specialist from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, where she graduated top of her class with an Honorary Mention. Viviana is admitted to practice in Mexico and is a native Spanish speaker.

While at Harvard Viviana was a contributor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology (JOLT) and edited a piece for the JOLT Summer Symposium. Viviana is co-chair of Communications of the Harvard Law School Association of Washington, DC.
