As a Spanish native speaker and a dual-qualified civil and common law attorney, with multiple years of trademark practice in Mexico and the United States, Viviana has achieved success for clients in particularly challenging jurisdictions, such as Latin America and the Caribbean. She is well qualified to represent clients doing business in Latin America and around the world – as well as Latin American clients doing business in the US.
