Overview
Ryan Liebl is a Chambers-ranked attorney with over twenty years of experience advising public and private companies, individual employees and management teams on executive compensation matters. His practices spans the full lifecycle of compensation arrangements including designing, drafting and administering equity compensation plans and agreements, cash-based incentive compensation plans and agreements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, excess benefit plans, severance plans and individual employment and separation agreements.
Clients rely on Ryan to structure and implement complex and tax-efficient equity and incentive compensation arrangements that align key employee incentives with business objectives. Ryan also represents companies and employees navigating the impact of corporate transactions on such equity and incentive compensation structures.
Before attending law school, Ryan served as Captain in the United States Army with assignments in Kaiserslautern, Germany and Fort Riley, Kansas.
