Rachael O'Grady is a senior associate in the International Arbitration Group of the London office. She focuses on international arbitration, including investor/State disputes and commercial arbitration. She has acted as counsel in arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID and CAS rules.
Rachael initially joined the Paris office of Mayer Brown in 2011 before transferring to London in 2014. Previously, she was Deputy Counsel in the UK and Commonwealth Team at the ICC in Paris, where she managed over one hundred ICC arbitrations spanning across all industries. She also developed an in-depth knowledge of the new ICC Rules that came into effect on 1 January 2012. Prior to this, Rachael completed her training contract with a Magic Circle firm in London, United Kingdom.
