Louise Fernandes-Owen is the Global Professional Support Lawyer for the Employment & Benefits Group.
She is experienced in advising clients on a range of employment issues, including recruitment, contracts and policies, equality and diversity, terminations, redundancies, business transfers, whistleblowing, employment litigation and cross-border employment matters.
Louise also has significant experience of developing client-focused global products and services, designing and delivering training, producing practical updates and briefing notes on key legal developments and maximising technology to provide clients with easy access to know-how and other resources.
Louise regularly comments on employment law developments, has contributed to a wide range of HR, legal and national publications and has also been interviewed on national radio about key employment law changes. She has also co-written and edited an employment law book for HR and legal professionals.
