Corina Cercelaru leads sophisticated, business-critical technology and outsourcing transactions, including contracting for artificial intelligence, hyperscale cloud and cloud ERP migrations, data center and infrastructure transactions, fintech and digital asset solutions, SaaS and digital platforms, and large-scale, cross-border managed services. Corina has represented companies across many industries, including financial services, chemicals, consumer products, information services, food and beverages, and insurance.
Corina brings a distinctive edge to the practice from her prior career as a software engineer and business analyst consultant for American Family Insurance and Hewlett Packard, giving her rare fluency in the technical realities underlying the deals she negotiates.
Experience
Corina’s representative experience includes:
- Represented a Fortune 500 beauty company in a more than $1 billion enterprise-wide managed services outsourcing transaction spanning information technology, human resources, finance, marketing, sales operations, procurement, supply chain, application management, and infrastructure services — a deal announced by the company’s CEO on a quarterly earnings call as critical to its profitability recovery program and involving development of innovative contractual approaches for agentic AI.
- Represented a Fortune 500 chemicals company in contracting with SAP for a multi-year, phased migration from the company’s on-premises SAP ECC ERP system to SAP’s cloud-based S/4HANA platform, involving several hundred million dollars in committed subscription and professional services spend and rights to enable SAP’s latest AI products and services.
- Represented a global information and technology company in a second-generation global outsourcing of integrated facilities management, security, resiliency, employee technology services, and real estate functions, covering operations across more than 70 countries in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
- Represented a global insurance company in a $70 million enterprise-wide engagement with Microsoft for global cloud-based services, including developing a bespoke governance framework addressing AI risks and controls for emerging AI capabilities.
