Dan Storino is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group whose practice focuses on antitrust, health care, and complex commercial litigation matters. He represents clients across the country in state and federal trials, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and civil and criminal investigations.

Experience

  • Represented one of the largest health insurance companies in the United States in several major litigations and arbitrations.
  • Represented health plan and managed care company in federal antitrust litigation alleging monopolization, attempted monopolization, and exclusive dealing.
  • Defended one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers in criminal and civil antitrust cases alleging price-fixing, market allocation, and attempted monopolization.
