Admitted to the Paris Bar, Déborah is counsel in the Real Estate practice of the Paris office.

She focuses her practice on real estate investment transactions (acquisitions, disposals, sale and lease-back) and real estate joint-ventures. 

Déborah has been recognized as a "Rising star France" at Euromoney Legal Media Group inaugural Europe Rising Stars Awards that celebrates in-house and private practice lawyers under the age of 40 from 19 European countries.

In addition to her native French, Déborah is fluent in English and has a reading knowledge of Spanish.

  • CNP Assurances in connection with the restructuring of Icade Santé and the divestment/liquidation of CNP Assurances' minority shareholding interest therein.
  • La Française REM in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of five (5) private clinics located in France from ELSAN, one of the leading operator in the healthcare sector in France, and the leasing back of such clinics to ELSAN.
  • Europa Capital's core fund in connection with the acquisition, from a fund managed by DTZ Investors, of a light industrial asset of ca. 47,000 sq.m. located at Grandchamp des Fontaines near Nantes and rented to LIDL and the financing of such acquisition.
  • La Française REM in connection with the acquisition, from Altarea Cogedim, of the “Eria” tower in the heart of La Défense which is a high-rise office building developing 26,500 sq.m which hosts the main French cyber campus. 
  • Europa Capital's value-add fund in connection with (i) the setting up of a French Light Industrial Platform with DeA Capital Real Estate and (ii) the financing of the acquisition of a first portfolio of light industrial properties which develops ca. 28,400 sq.m. of new, high-quality space located across France. 
  • La Française REM in connection with the acquisition from Batipart of an office building "Wellcome" developing ca 14,213 sq. m. located 8/10 rue Paul Vaillant Couturier/168 boulevard Camélinat in Malakoff, France, in the heart of the Grand Paris project. 
  • ARA Europe in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of five (5) logistics properties located in France totalling 40,000 sq.m together. 
  • La Française REM in connection with the setting up of a joint venture between several SCPIs managed by La Française REM and Banque des Territoires - Caisse des Dépôts for the joint acquisition of the 20,275 sq.m. Alphabet office building from AXA and SEFRI-CIME. 
  • Cromwell Property Group, acting on behalf of a foreign investor, in connection with the acquisition of a prime Parisian office building located 32-34 rue Galilée, near the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, developing 1,690 sq.m. 
  • B&B Hotels in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of thirty one (31) hotels (ca. 2,600 rooms) from AccorInvest and the entering into new lease agreements with Covivio Hotels.
