Paul A. Chandler

Paul Chandler represents clients in a broad range of technology transactions, including those for the development, licensing, implementation, distribution and marketing of software, cloud/SaaS, AI/machine learning, and other technology-related products. Clients also turn to him for help with information technology and business process outsourcing.

Paul helps clients create open source software (OSS) policies, address OSS issues and evaluate participation in OSS projects. He also provides guidance on the technology, sourcing, security and IP aspects of M&A, joint venture and strategic alliance transactions.
