Mayer Brown partners named to Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 “Top 100 Lawyers” list
Mayer Brown announced that partners Paul de Bernier and Bronwyn Pollock were selected to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2022 “Top 100 Lawyers” list. The honorees “demonstrated exceptional legal skills and achievements across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership and contributions to the Los Angeles community at large,” according to the publication.
Mr. de Bernier co-leads Mayer Brown’s global Corporate & Securities and India practices. He focuses on M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactions, including joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and restructuring. Mr. de Bernier regularly advises on US and international commercial contracts, including distribution, supply, manufacturing, logistics and licensing arrangements. He also advises management and boards on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Ms. Pollock co-leads Mayer Brown’s global Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and global Insurance Industry Group. She is an experienced class-action and commercial litigator who has appeared before numerous federal and state courts and arbitrators. Ms. Pollock has handled a myriad of complex, high-profile cases and obtained successful results for clients, particularly involving the banking, finance, real estate, insurance and entertainment industries.
