Visión general
Javier Saladich advises clients on a broad range of regulatory frameworks, including EU chemical control laws (particularly, REACH and the CLP Regulation), plant protection products, biocides, waste, water, and food safety. He also advises clients on new EU regulations regarding sustainable design and other ESG regulations. Additionally, Javier provides legal support in litigation actions before EU courts.
Javier has been seconded to the legal team of various major companies.
