Mike Menssen advises and represents clients on complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, including class actions, ERISA, trade secrets, unfair competition, large-scale torts, appeals, and business disputes. He regularly advises technology companies and emerging companies on high-stakes issues. In addition, employers regularly turn to Mike for employment advice on federal and state wage-and-hour laws, disability and accommodation issues, employee handbooks, leave requirements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, and other related matters. Recent successes include a complete defense victory for his client in a two-week jury trial and several summary judgment victories in ERISA and employment discrimination lawsuits.
