Michael Menssen is a partner in Mayer Brown's Salt Lake City office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment Litigation & Counseling practices. He has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including class actions, breach of contract, fraud, appeals, securities litigation, business torts, white collar, trade secrets and professional negligence.

Michael also has experience in the full range of labor and employment cases, including wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and unfair labor practices. In addition, he regularly advises employers on federal and state wage and hour laws, disability and accommodation issues, employee handbooks, occupational safety, family and medical leave requirements, vacation and sick pay, arbitration agreements, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, labor and union matters and reductions in force.
