Tal Ben-Porat

Tal's practice spans both the broadly syndicated leveraged loan and private credit markets. He regularly advises lead arrangers, private debt funds, and other financial institutions on transactions in a wide variety of industries, including energy, infrastructure, technology, defense, commodities trading, and data centers. Tal also represents lenders and borrowers in out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and other special situations, collaborating with colleagues across the firm's restructuring and litigation practices.

Tal is an active member of the firm's Israeli practice. He draws on his understanding of the Israeli legal and business landscape, fluency in Hebrew and English, and network within the Israeli business community to advise clients with cross-border interests in the US, European, and Middle Eastern markets.
