Ravi Amin advises key clients on matters including asset-based lending, borrowing base lending, receivables financings, and trade receivables securitisations, with a particular focus on complex cross-border asset-based lending transactions. • Advised Barclays Bank PLC and Fasanara Capital in the provision of a $250,000,000 asset-backed trade receivables financing made available to Job&Talent, a global staffing agency, in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Germany, and the United States.
• Advised Airswift group of companies in connection with a refinance of its cross-border asset based lending credit facility provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank.
• Advised Macquarie Bank Limited in respect of a cross-border asset based lending transaction to the Argenta Group, a KKR portfolio animal health product development company, in the United Kingdom, USA and New Zealand.
