Mayer Brown advises CNO Financial Group on strategic minority investment in Victory Park Capital

Mayer Brown advised CNO Financial Group, Inc., a nationwide life and health insurer and financial services provider, in connection with its acquisition of a strategic minority interest in Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC, a leading global alternative investment firm specializing in private asset-backed credit and a majority-owned affiliate of Janus Henderson Group plc.

As part of the transaction, CNO has committed to provide a minimum of $600 million in capital commitments to new and existing Victory Park Capital investment strategies.
