Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Alpargatas' 2nd issuance of debentures worth R$ 800 million

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Alpargatas on its 2nd issuance of debentures in the amount of R$ 800 million (US$ 154,2 million). The debentures were placed through a restricted efforts public offering, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.

The team was led by partners Carlos Motta and Rodolfo Tella, and included the participation of associate Natália Minotto, all from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
