COVID-19 and the Transition to New Forms of Remote Working

Our labour team, represented by Aline Fidelis, Isabela do Val, Valentina Gabarron Eluf and Thiago Garcia, wrote the article “COVID-19 and the Transition to New Forms of Remote Working” for the chapter “Trends and Developments,” part of the important international publication Employment Global Practice Guide by Chambers and Partners.

In the article, the authors addressed the recent changes about remote work, the momentum that came with COVID-19 pandemic, and what the Brazilian legislation provides on the subject.
