Brazil’s Ceará State Law No. 17,771/2021: Payment of Debts Granted by the Ceará State Bank

On November 23, 2021, Ceará State Law No. 17,771/2021 was published, which has created the State Tax Recuperation Program (“REFIS 2021") including ICMS, IPVA, ITCD and DETRAN/CE (state transit department) and debts arisen from loans granted by the Ceará Bank State.
