Gabriela Kennedy outlines the key issues highlighted in the new Information Leaflet on Physical Tracking and Monitoring Through Electronic Devices ("Information Leaflet") issued by Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner on 11 May 2017. The Information Leaflet details the measures that operators and manufacturers of electronic devices should adopt, with the aim of ensuring compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
