International Tax Issues 2023

On September 13, 2023, Practicing Law Institute will be hosting a one-day program with some of the world’s leading experts and senior government officials to discuss the complex rules of U.S. international taxation. After completing this program, participants will be able to:

• Calculate base erosion anti-abuse tax (“BEAT”) and modified taxable income (“MTI”)
• Use business and transactional losses to achieve maximum tax benefits
• Interpret recent OECD policy developments affecting transfer pricing
