Global Anti-Corruption & FCPA co-chair Jason Linder will be moderating the panel: White Collar Town Hall – DOJ, SEC, and CFTC Enforcement Priorities in the Coming Year. 

This panel features senior leaders from US enforcement agencies and leading members of the white collar criminal defense bar. The panel will discuss enforcement priorities and trends for the remainder of 2020 and after, including a focus on how the pandemic may affect those priorities and the allocation of enforcement resources.
