Overview
Brennan Young is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Charlotte office and a member of the Tax Transactions & Consulting practice. He has a broad-based transaction-oriented US federal income tax practice focused on structuring and negotiating the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and securities offerings including debt, equity offerings and structured products.
Brennan earned his LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his JD, cum laude, from Tulane University Law School. He received his BS, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Central Florida.
