Alison Wong is an associate in the Real Estate practice in Mayer Brown's Hong Kong office.
Alison has experience advising on interpretation of government leases, the lease modification process and compliance with residential first-hand sale legislation. She has also assisted in project conveyancing matters for major property developers, commercial leasing matters and transactions involving the sale and purchase of shares of property holding companies. Alison speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
