Overview
Beth Vogel is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice and a member of the Private Credit Group. She has more than 10 years of experience representing lenders, borrowers and private equity funds in a wide variety of transactional and commercial financing-related matters. Her experience includes debt investments, debt restructuring transactions, and commercial term loan and revolving credit facilities of all types, including syndicated and single-lender, secured and unsecured, senior and subordinated, asset-based and cash flow, second lien, unitranche, multicurrency, acquisition, working capital financings, subscription lines, chapter 11 debtor-in-possession and exit financings, project-related, infrastructure financings, as well as securitizations.
Beth has represented a variety of clients including asset managers, banks, finance companies, business development companies, private equity firms, oil and gas companies, and technology companies. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Beth was with another large international law firm.
