Overview
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Emilie Vasseur is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of the Paris office.
She focuses on complex litigation in both civil and commercial law, advising listed and non-listed companies on difficulties arising out of the enforcement of strategic agreements, on shareholder disputes and matters relating to directors’ liability. Emilie also assists clients in cross-border litigation and in cases involving environmental issues. In addition, she acts in sanction proceedings before the Commission des sanctions of the Autorité des marchés financiers (French financial markets authority).
Emilie is a former board member of the Paris Bar Council, Expert at the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Union (CCBE) and member of the Paris Bar Ethic Committee. She contributes to the teaching of litigation strategy at the HEAD school of law (Hautes Etudes Appliquées du Droit).
In addition to her native French, Emilie is fluent in English.
