Overview
Ian Todd is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Ian focuses his practice on the representation of administrative agents, lead arrangers, lenders and borrowers primarily in syndicated senior secured cash flow transactions, leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, add-on acquisition financings, and other credit transactions.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Ian was an associate with another prominent international law firm where he represented financial institutions, corporate lenders and borrowers.
