Overview
Emmanuel Tamagna advises private equity clients and multinational groups on the tax aspects of their domestic and cross-border transactions (acquisitions, financing, mergers, reorganizations), from tax due diligence to structuring.
Emmanuel also provides assistance to companies and their managers on day-to-day tax matters, as well as tax audits and litigations.
Before joining Mayer Brown, Emmanuel worked as a tax lawyer for a French firm in Paris.
In addition to his native French, Emmanuel is fluent in English.
