Overview
Danielle (Danni) Taylor is an associate in Mayer Brown's Chicago office and a member of the Corporate & Securities practice. Danni focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, with particular expertise in deals involving companies regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. She advises clients across a range of industries, including food & beverage and pharmaceuticals.
During law school, Danni gained valuable practical experience as a judicial extern for Judge Joan H. Lefkow of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also completed a PILI Internship with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), and later served as a PILI Fellow at First Defense Legal Aid while studying for the bar. Before law school, Danni worked as a paralegal specializing in complex civil litigation.
