For over 20 years, Brian has advised clients across various industries on a broad range of financing matters. His experience includes domestic and cross-border investment-grade unsecured credits, broadly syndicated loans, leveraged loans, mezzanine loans, subordinated facilities, growth/venture facilities, project finance transactions, wrap collateral structures, asset-based facilities, workouts, and restructurings. Brian’s clients work in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing, technology, energy, gaming, government contracting, tribal, transportation, and financials.
Experience
- Represented Citibank, N.A. as the sole provider of a $650 million committed senior secured term loan facility. This debt facility was structured and utilized to fund a portion of the pre-closing $1.0 billion special cash dividend distributed to stockholders in the all-stock merger of Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior.
