Overview
Sunny Sikka is an associate in Mayer Brown's Charlotte office and a member of the Banking & Finance practice. Sunny focuses on corporate lending and leveraged finance. He advises financial institutions and other investors, as well as sponsors/borrowers in a variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Sunny was an associate at another international law firm where he represented a diverse group of companies, sponsors, and lenders in out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and chapter 11 reorganizations.
Sunny received his BA in Economics at Tufts University and his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Sunny also graduated at the top of his class when receiving his Banking and Financial Law LLM from Boston University School of Law.
