Angeli Sunmonu is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice of the London office.

Her practice is focussed on cross-border structured trade and receivables finance and emerging markets syndicated financings, particularly in the commodities sector. Angeli’s experience includes an 18-month secondment to the Commodities and Structured Trade Finance team at HSBC Bank plc, where she advised on syndicated and bilateral trade finance facilities with corporate and commodities clients, including major global trading houses.

Angeli has worked extensively with clients and local counsel across a range of jurisdictions on legal due diligence projects covering a range of complex cross-border lending, receivables and payables finance, security and regulatory issues, particularly in the supply chain finance and receivables finance space.
