Whitney A. Suflas

Whitney A. Suflas is an associate in Mayer Brown's New York office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and securities-related disputes, as well as environmental mass torts and product liability matters. She has represented national and multinational corporations in both federal and state courts through various stages of litigation, including dispositive motions and fact and expert discovery.

Whitney also maintains an active pro bono practice, with recent work on criminal, immigration, and voter protection cases.
