Overview

Megan represents clients across a variety of industries in all phases of US antitrust civil litigation and enforcement actions. She has defended clients in the technology, insurance plan, higher education, and food sectors against claims of price-fixing, market allocation, and other alleged antitrust violations in complex, multi-defendant litigation.

Clients also rely on Megan to represent them in investigations by the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the US Federal Trade Commission, and to provide antitrust counseling in connection with potential business arrangements.

Megan has provided antitrust training to client employees, and is an active member of and Young Lawyer Representative for the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Megan clerked for Judge John J. Tharp, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
