Overview

Alanood Sinjab concentrates on commercial litigation and international arbitration. She has acted as counsel for claimants and defendants/respondents in disputes across a wide-range of industries including construction, corporate acquisitions, finance, hospitality, infrastructure, licensing, manufacturing, renewable energy and space & satellite. She has worked on a number of disputes before the English Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Court. She has also handled arbitrations under DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitration rules with seats in Dubai, London and Paris.
