Overview
Sean Scott primarily counsels banks, private credit funds and other institutions in their roles as agents and lenders in connection with complex US and cross-border workouts and restructurings.
Experience
Sean’s representative matters include:
- Representing one of the largest global aerospace manufacturers as a significant creditor and contractual counterparty in Chapter 11 proceedings of a manufacturer and supplier of mission-critical aerospace parts for its commercial and military aircraft.
- The prepetition administrative agent and DIP agent for the senior lenders to Ebix, Inc., a publicly traded leading international supplier of on-demand software and e-commerce services in the insurance and related industries, in connection with its Chapter 11 case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
