Daniel Scher is a Banking & Finance associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office. Daniel represents public and private clients in a wide range of complex financial transactions. He has experience in securitizations and other structured finance transactions and has represented clients in asset-backed security offerings involving various assets, including student loans, receivables and single-family rentals. He has also represented issuers and underwriters in connection with securities offerings by insurance companies, including catastrophe bonds and other risk-linked securities.
