Javier Saladich

Javier focuses on all aspects of EU product regulatory and environmental law. He advises clients on a broad range of regulatory frameworks, including EU chemical control laws (particularly, REACH and the CLP Regulation), plant protection products, biocides, waste, water, and food safety. He also helps clients as they seek to stay abreast of and comply with new EU regulations regarding sustainable design and other ESG regulations. Additionally, Javier provides legal support in litigation actions before EU courts.
