Experience
- Represented US affiliate of INNIO Jenbacher GmbH & Co OG (INNIO) in its acquisition of US-based Northeast-Western Energy Systems (NES-WES) from Penn Power Group, LLC.
- Advised software company Moove-IT on its sale to a set of investment funds managed by US venture capital group, Recognize Partners.
- Advised Assured Guaranty Ltd. in the contribution of its entire equity interest in Assured Investment Management LLC and certain of its related asset management entities to Sound Point. In connection with the transaction, Assured Guaranty’s U.S. insurance subsidiaries will engage Sound Point to invest $1 billion in Sound Point’s managed vehicles and separately managed accounts.
