Overview
As a member of the global IP group, Katie Steval advises on matters of data privacy, cybersecurity and AI, including the analysis of applicability and impact of old and new EU legislation such as the AI Act, GDPR, NIS2 Directive, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), the Data Act and the Digital Services Act (DSA). She also helps clients preparing for and reacting to cybersecurity incidents.
