Jeremy B. Silas

Jeremy Silas routinely helps clients navigate complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, and government investigations and requests relating to a variety of consumer finance laws and regulations. Jeremy has experience across various stages of litigation and enforcement actions, including discovery, motions practice, and settlement. He also has experience in a variety of industries, including chemicals, financial services, and food and beverage.

Jeremy also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on voting rights, election law issues, and prisoner rights.

Before joining Mayer Brown, Jeremy was an extern for administrative law judges at the National Labor Relations Board. Jeremy received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an active member of the Barristers’ Council Trial Advocacy team.
